About Us

In May 2004 The Sibadili’s was recognized by the state of Missouri as a 501 c 3 nonprofit tax-exempt organization. After working with several organizations, lending creative ideals and witnessing false leadership, The Sibadili’s founder, Malik Sibadili, has taken all his invaluable knowledge gained over a ten plus year journey working with youth, prior to becoming a nonprofit, in St. Louis, Los Angeles and Atlanta. Working professionally in the entertainment industry, his love for the arts and his passion for seeing our youth grow into better people for themselves and putting it all into a positive vision for the community has been and will always be his number one priority. It is our belief that developing the brilliant minds of our youth and young adults, assisting in the revitalization of our communities, while incorporating structure, discipline and family will lead to a dynamic society. What separates The Sibadili’s from most organizations is we are not in the business of teaching. That may seem odd, but true. We are in the business of character development. That old saying, “Give a man a fish he eats for a day, show him how to fish he can eat for a lifetime.” That same applies for our youth. It does not matter their background, economic status, or nationality. We are here to develop their day-to-day skills through leadership. We are here to develop stand out and stand-up citizens. We are here to provide a place that will allow them to explore, develop and enhance those natural gifts and abilities, where parents get involved and trust that their children will grow. We are here to develop tomorrow’s leader today. The Sibadili’s is proud to represent that.

Our Mission

To enhance, encourage and awaken the mind to build future leaders through life skill and leadership disciplines, programs and curriculums for youth and young adults ages 12 to 21.

Our Vision

To provide a safe haven that gives rise to a level of positive thinking, creativity and productivity. Our overall goal is character development. The organization will play a significant role in the cognitive thinking of participating youth and young adults through both virtually and in person programming. The organization will collaborate with other service-based organizations, business leaders, coaches and facilitators to maximize its impact. The organization will encourage parents, board members, staff, volunteers and residents to share valuable knowledge and input on the greatest way to improve its youth and community prosperity. Benefactors and stakeholders will observe a maximum return on their time and investment.
